Yes — every single box is assembled fresh by hand on the day of your order or pickup. We never pre-package boxes days in advance. Fresh is non-negotiable for us.

Our snack boxes are best enjoyed the day they are made or within 24 hours of delivery. Because we use real, fresh ingredients without preservatives we recommend enjoying your box the same day for the best experience.

Yes — we can accommodate many dietary needs including gluten free, dairy free, nut free, and vegetarian options. Please note your dietary requirements in the notes section when placing your order or reach out to us directly at hello@prepjoyfoods.com before ordering.

For individual orders we recommend at least 24 hours notice. For corporate orders, events, and large quantities we ask for a minimum of 48 to 72 hours notice so we can ensure everything is prepared perfectly for you.

Our minimum for corporate office orders is 10 boxes. For coffee shop wholesale partnerships our minimum starting order is 6 boxes. For events and large gatherings there is no set minimum — reach out and we will work with your needs.
